Returns Policy

House of Folly offers you 100% satisfaction on purchasing of all accessories from our site for which we offer a 3-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, we will offer you your money back. Refunds will only be done through the original form of payment.

The return method depends on your payment method. If you have paid through a credit card or bank transfer, we will deliver your item through Aramex. If you are not satisfied with the product, simply send it back to us in its original packing through Aramex within 3 days of receipt. Once we receive the item, we will make a refund on your credit card, however the refund will not include the shipping fee.

 If you ordered cash on delivery, simply have a look at your item when you receive it, If you are not satisfied, return the item to the delivery agent at time of delivery.

 Furniture orders must be paid in full before delivery and are final and cannot be returned unless damaged.

 When returning your item through Aramex or your preferred carrier, package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and all enclosed materials.
