 At House of Folly we're committed to making our delivery process as quick and pleasant as possible, because we know how important it is that your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition.
In order to provide the utmost satisfaction, we work with a variety of couriers (Aramex, Skynet, DHL) to provide you the quickest service and the best prices.



We also have a 'click and collect' option to provide you an alternative if you wish to see the product before you commit. If you select this option we will send you an email confirming the product is in the showroom and you can collect anytime Sunday to Thursday from 9:00AM to 5:30PM at our showroom in Dubai Design District.

 All days referenced are working days (Sunday - Thursday). Any orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on Sunday. 

 We use the most competitive regional and international courier delivery services to ensure your items arrive in the speediest and safest way possible.

 All shipping and delivery fees include insurance. We are more than happy to answer any questions or listen to any suggestions you may have regarding our delivery policy, so please drop us an email at contact@houseoffolly.com.

 Large and heavy items are not available for Cash on Delivery

 We currently only ship to GCC countries, should you wish to purchase from another country please call our customer service at +971(0)44430020.

We will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

 Shipping Fees & Delivery Times

 The shipping fees noted below are a guide only and the actual fees will be added at the time of checkout.

 Delivery times are based upon items in stock and ready for delivery. Items that have a longer deliver time are clearly highlighted on the selection of the product and could be up to 8 weeks from time of order.

 *For heavier weights or large package sizes, please contact us as additional fees may apply. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside the city limits of: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah. Should any additional charges apply to your order, a member of our team will get in touch with and let you know before your order is dispatched.

 *Additional legal and customs fees may be applicable outside the UAE and are to be paid by the consignee.
